Booking FAQ

How much does it cost?

Prices vary by season — from off-peak weekends through to school holidays in summer. There's no booking fee on top of the nightly rate. See the live booking calendar for the exact price of your chosen dates.

What's included in the price?

Full Haven park passes for every guest in your party (covering pool entry, the entertainment venue and the standing activities, which is an additional charge when booking direct with Haven), all bed linen, all towels, electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, and a welcome pack with the basics. No extras, no hidden fees.

How do I pay?

Payment is by bank transfer to a UK account. Once you submit a booking on the website we'll send you the bank details and a unique booking reference (in the format 8W-XXXX) by email. We ask for the full balance within 5 working days. As soon as payment clears we'll send a confirmation email and your booking is locked in. Should full payment not be received within 5 working days, your chosen dates will be made available again to others.

What's the cancellation policy?

More than 8 weeks before check-in: full refund. Between 4 and 8 weeks before check-in: 50% refund. Less than 4 weeks before check-in: no refund — but if we manage to re-let the dates at the same price, we'll refund you minus a £50 admin fee.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately not. Our holiday home isn't pet-friendly — this is a fixed rule and applies to all bookings.

Is there parking?

Yes — there are two dedicated parking spaces at the holiday home plus a visitor car park located close by.

Is the Wi-Fi included?

Yes — free Wi-Fi throughout the holiday home, included in the price. Speeds are good enough for streaming and video calls.

How does check-in work?

Check-in opens at 4pm on the day your stay starts. We'll send you the full arrival instructions, plus exactly where to find the holiday home on the park, with your booking confirmation.

Can I book just a long weekend or just a midweek?

Yes. The calendar splits each week into a 4-night Monday-to-Friday midweek break and a 3-night Friday-to-Monday weekend break. You can pick either, pick both for a full 7-night week, or chain several slots together for a longer stay.

Is it cheaper than booking the same holiday home through Haven?

You're booking direct with the owner, so there's no booking fee on top of the nightly rate, and the rate itself is set at owner-direct prices. Most guests save a meaningful amount versus booking the equivalent dates through the Haven website — the exact saving depends on the season.

What's there to do on rainy days?

Plenty inside. The indoor pool complex, the FunWorks arcade, the Creative Studio (pottery, slime, Make a Bear), the Marina Bar & Stage for daytime shows, and the Wetherspoon's for lunch are all under cover.
