Our family's holiday home, on the Kent coast
No. 8 Waterfront Terrace is our family's holiday home at Haven Kent Coast, and on the weeks we're not using it ourselves, we let it out. Book direct with us and you'll get the same home you'd get through Haven — but at owner prices and with no booking fee.
It's a 2026 Victory Davenport — sleeps eight, three bedrooms, including a sofa bed (if your family stretches a bit further), open-plan kitchen and living, and a deck that wraps around the front and side.
- Wide windows — light and airy in the day
- Proper kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge-freezer
- Sofas you actually want to sit on
- Sleeps eight across three bedrooms, plus a sofa bed
- Wraparound deck with an 8-seat dining set
- The sea wall is a two-minute walk
What's good about Kent Coast
An hour from London, but a world away. The park has a brand-new Wetherspoon's, an Adventure Village for the kids, the Marina Bar & Stage for evenings, a fishing lake, and a new pool complex with an outdoor flume and an indoor splash area.
Your park passes cover the lot — they're included in the booking.
